HOW IT WORKS

Hot recirculating water from your process is pumped to the top of the tower and distributed through a pressure-driven rotary sprinkler. The sprinkler rotates 360° using water pressure alone, spraying water uniformly over high-performance PVC honeycomb fill media. An induced draft axial fan at the top pulls ambient air upward through the falling water. A portion of the water evaporates, absorbing heat and cooling the remaining water, which is collected in the cold water basin for reuse. Warm, moist air is discharged through the top.
